Stepping into my spacious room, I was greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows and gorgeous city views. The minimalist decor was refreshing, making it my perfect getaway.

However, the breakfast options left much to be desired—they could use a touch more variety to match the overall vibe of the hotel.

This place suits me perfectly! It provides free wi-fi, a lovely restaurant, and a leisure room. During my first visit, the staff helped with local delivery recommendations, which I appreciated. Highly recommend for a cozy weekend getaway!

I had an amazing stay at Hmlet Austin Avenue! The modern design made my room feel spacious and inviting. I loved the large windows that let in plenty of natural light, and the free portable device for international calls and navigation was a fantastic bonus. Breakfast was simple but enough to start my day on a good note.

The location proved to be highly convenient, perfect for getting around easily. The hamburgers offered were surprisingly tasty and a welcome treat after a long day of exploring. However, the bathrooms were a major letdown, with stained toilet bowls and a persistent sewage smell. Clean towels were lacking, as housekeeping didn’t refresh them during our stay, which was disappointing. While the price was attractive, the overall lack of cleanliness made it hard to recommend this spot for future visits.

Excellent Location and Friendly Staff

My stay was delightful, thanks to the perfect location near the MTR station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was pristine and well-designed, providing a cozy atmosphere. I must mention the reception staff, especially Thomas, who was exceptionally welcoming and went out of his way to assist me. While I loved the light breakfast included, a bit more variety would have been a nice touch.

Unfortunately, the service was a letdown. One staff member was quite unprofessional, swearing in another language as we left, which was really upsetting.
